The online bill pay system only accepts credit card payments. To proceed with making a credit card payment on your account, please scroll to the bottom of this page to the form requiring your Payer ID (6 digit account number) and the Payment Amount. After you have entered these two fields you will be redirected to another page requiring you to enter your credit card information.
When making an online credit card payment you will notice on your credit card statement that this results in two withdrawls from your account. One for the payment amount and one for the transaction fee.
