The Valley Rural Utility Company will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m.  on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Willies Sports Café Hidden Valley Lake, 19325 Schmarr Drive, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025.

The Valley Rural Utility Company’s engineering consultant Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. will present the recommended upgrades to the Valley Rural Utility Company’s drinking water infrastructure, which will include improvements to distribution lines, improvements to the storage tanks and high service pumps, and upgrades to customer meters, as described in the PER. The project will be funded through a DWSRF loan.

At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. Copies of the PER are available for public viewing starting April 12, 2024, through April 29, 2024, at the Valley Rural Utility Company Office.
